How do I pay for my order?

When will I receive my order?
Please note: Most of our items are made to order. We will ship once order is made and packed.
Standard Shipping Times:
Metro Manila: 1-2 business days.
Provincial: 1-3 business days.
Your order will be packed and shipped once payment has been received and transaction is cleared.
Same day delivery within Metro Manila can also be arranged. Customer may book Lalamove or Grab Express to pick up. Our office is located in Marikina City. Pick up is from 8:00am to 5:00pm only.
Note: Order cut off is 12nn.
No shipping on weekends and holidays.
A flat fee of 4o USD is applied in all International Orders. We deliver via DHL Express Shipping.
Ship times are approximately 3-7 business days but can vary based on delivery country. All duties and taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Returns are only allowed for size swaps, item swaps or store credit.
Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of purchase. All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Follow these steps and we will process your request.
Step 1: Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details;
Subject: ARTISANAT Return and Exchange Order #
Body: Name, Address, Contact No and Reason for Return.
Step 2: Ship back the item/s for return and exchange to ARTISANAT main office.

Note: Only items that have not been damaged and returned in good condition are exchangeable.
Shipping costs must be shouldered by the buyer.
Step 3: Once request has been approved we will contact you the further instructions.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Artisanat, as we operate as separate entities
How does your pre-order work?
Purchases made for pre-order are placed the following day with production and are expected to be ready within 2-3 days.
Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstance however customers will be notified on all information concerning their order.
Can I return SALE items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns nor exchange for SALE items. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com or send us a direct message via Instagram @artisanathandmadeph if you have any questions regarding our items before buying.
How can I take care of my Artisanat products?
Should be hand washed separately, line dried and can be steamed or ironed unless otherwise specified.
Note: Expect items to soften with wash and wear.
- After each use, wipe them clean with a soft cloth.Removing any bits of dirt that may have stuck during wear.
- If they do get wet, do not dry off using dryers, blowers or do not put in direct sunlight. Let them dry outdoors in the shade.
- For pesky odors from use or moisture, sprinkle inner sole with baking soda and let them sit overnight.
